I don't stop at Figma. I prototype in code, build tools my team actually uses, and occasionally ship things to the App Store. The gap between design and implementation is where I'm most comfortable.

Does the sequence ask for commitment before showing value? Is this a craft problem or a sequencing problem? If I built it, do I actually know it was the right thing to build?

Is the webshop a destination, or a tool for the physical world? Building the capability was the easy part. Design decisions that move the needle aren't always about UX patterns.

Are we building this because it's right, or because approval is hard? We don't control the sale. We control the lead. Credibility earned from doing gives you the right to question.

What does the business actually need the design to do? The gap between shipping a capability and shipping value. The most useful frame isn't always the obvious one.

Who owned the outcome — and was it me? What already works in the physical world that we haven't brought online yet? What does the business model tell me that the brief doesn't?
